Product Description
Ponatinix, is an oral drug under the generic of Ponatinib, for the first-line therapy of people affected with chronic myelogenous leukemia.
It is a highly potential and multi-targeted third-generation Bcr-Abl tyrosine-kinase inhibitors (TKI) which is indicated for adult patients with chronic phase, accelerated phase or blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or Ph+ALL for those who have no other TKI therapy.
It is also indicated for adult patients with T315I-positive CML (chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase) or T315I-positive Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ALL).
